For professionals who use English for everyday workplace communication - emails, chats, updates and requests.
Too formal in a chat? Too casual in an email? Workplace communication has become more flexible but that also makes choosing the right style more complicated.
📌 During the training, we will:
- compare how professional communication changes across email, chat and other workplace channels;
- adjust formality, directness and politeness depending on the reader and situation;
- explore when abbreviations, emojis and informal language feel natural — and when they do not;
- practise adapting the same message for different channels and professional relationships;
- discuss how voice messages, GIFs and other informal formats affect tone and interpretation.

Maryna is a certified English teacher and trainer (CELTA, TESOL, CAE) with over 10 years of experience.
Her trainings are practical, energetic and built around real workplace situations – you won't just learn about communication, you'll practise it. Maryna is known for making participants feel at ease, no matter their level and for pushing them to speak up, take risks and not be afraid of mistakes. She's worked with all kinds of learners – from individual students to big-name companies.
