- find out about different types of company culture (e.g. clan culture, adhocracy culture, market culture etc.);
- brainstorm what influences the company culture;
- learn the expressions related to the topic (e.g. career advancement opportunities, employee engagement etc.);
- create a company culture handbook.

Maryna is a certified English teacher and trainer (CELTA, TESOL, CAE) with over 10 years of experience.
She’s known for her energetic, engaging style and ability to make everyone feel at ease while speaking. Maryna focuses on real communication and always encourages students to speak up, try, and not be afraid of mistakes. She’s worked with all kinds of learners — from individual students to big-name companies.
Oh, and she speaks Spanish too — so she gets what it’s like to learn a new language from scratch!
