📌At the club, we will:
- explore what being “easy to work with” actually means and why it’s more than simply being friendly;
- compare the value of technical expertise with reliability, communication and attitude;
- discuss which everyday behaviours make someone a great or difficult colleague;
- consider whether strong technical skills can make up for poor communication or unreliability.

Maryna is a certified English teacher and trainer (CELTA, TESOL, CAE) with over 10 years of experience.
She’s known for her energetic, engaging style and ability to make everyone feel at ease while speaking. Maryna focuses on real communication and always encourages students to speak up, try, and not be afraid of mistakes. She’s worked with all kinds of learners — from individual students to big-name companies.
Oh, and she speaks Spanish too — so she gets what it’s like to learn a new language from scratch!
